A woman in her 60s who presented with 2 separate areas of LCIS of the left breast requiring a partial mastectomy. She underwent oncoplastic partial breast reconstruction along with a symmetrizing right breast reduction. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 years after her surgery.
