This patient, a woman in her 30s desired fuller, more symmetric breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with dual plane placement of Motiva implants. To correct the volume asymmetry, a 260 cc implant was placed on the right and a 275 cc implant was placed on the left. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her surgery.
