Ballerina Breast Augmentation

This patient, a woman in her 40s, desired improvement in her breast size and shape. She is an avid weightlifter and preferred to have the implants placed in the subfascial plane to minimize the risk of animation. She underwent placement of 245 cc round Motiva implants. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.
