A woman in her 40s desired breast augmentation. She had significant underlying asymmetry in breast shape and nipple areolar position. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with placement of 415 cc smooth round silicone implants and a left circumareolar mastopexy. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 5 weeks after her procedure.
