A woman in her 30s desired fuller, more uplifted breasts after multiple pregnancies. She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy with partial submuscular placement of 330 cc silicone implants. Internal mesh was also placed for additional support. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after her surgery.
