A woman in her 30s who had undergone prior bilateral augmentation mastopexy approximate 13 years ago for tuberous breast deformity. She presented with progressive breast asymmetry and required bilateral revision augmentation mastopexies with implant exchange. The postoperative photographs were taken approximately 2 months after her most recent surgery.
