A man in his 20s, 10 days post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a large overly-projecting nasal tip with a dorsal hump deformity. A significant nasal tip de-projection was performed along with a conservative dorsal hump reduction. The overall goal is a conservative change of the nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits his face.
