Patient 156

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, who had two previous rhinoplasties which left her with a pollybeak deformity, an over-projecting elongated nasal tip, drooping tip, hanging columella, dorsal hump, a deviated septum, nostril asymmetry, and inability to breathe through her nose. She is now 8 months post-op from revision rhinoplasty with tip elevation, nasal tip deprojection to shorten the overall length of her nose, improvement of tip symmetry, dorsal hump reduction, improvement of nostril symmetry, septal reset, creation of a tip defining point, and placement of a columellar strut graft and spreader grafts using MTF cartilage to add tip support, tip refinement, and improve her breathing.
