A woman in her 30s, two months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient desired only a subtle change to her nose and her main goal was to have a natural looking result. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, tip elevation, and nasal tip refinement. The overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result which does not droop when she smiles.
