Patient 432
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 40s, 2 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump and a drooping tip. She specifically wanted her tip in a neutral position and not overly rotated, so her tip was placed in neutral rotation. Tip elevation and dorsal hump reduction were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling.
