Dr. Reish
A woman in her 40s, two years post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a mid-vault
collapse, an over-projecting nasal tip, bulbous tip, difficulty problem breathing, and extremely deviated septum. Tip stabilization, tip refinement, septal reset, repair of mid-vault collapse, and tip deprojection were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling and improves breathing.
