Rhinoplasty

A woman in her 20s, 4 years post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump, bulbous tip, over-projected tip, tip asymmetry, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, and nasal tip deprojection were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling and improves breathing.
