Last month, Dr. Haritha Veeramachaneni gave a presentation entitled “Ask the Doctor” to the staff and volunteers at the Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition. She answered questions about breast reconstruction, including the side effects, implant maintenance, microsurgical techniques, what to expect during recovery, and more.
Dr. Veeramachaneni is well versed in reconstructive surgery, with an interest and passion for breast reconstruction. She is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
This event was organized by Terry Prag, Case Manager and Helping Hand Facilitator at the Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition, and was attended by 18 staff members and volunteers.
