A woman in her 30s who desired more uplifted breasts and a flatter abdomen. She underwent bilateral augmentation with 285 cc silicone implants utilizing a dual plane technique. At the same time she underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction of her flanks. Her photographs were taken 6 months postoperatively
