This patient, a woman in her 40s, desired aesthetic correction of her abdomen after having 2 children via C-section utilizing a midline approach. She requested improved contour as well as removal of her depressed lower abdominal scar. She underwent full lipo abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her procedure.
