This patient, a woman in her 50s, desired aesthetic correction of her abdomen and flanks/hips after multiple pregnancies. In addition, she lost significant weight through a combination of diet, exercise, and GLP-1 medication. She underwent full lipo abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.
