41-year-old female who had surgery previously elsewhere but was still bothered by the shape of her body and her lack of projection and shape to her buttocks. She desired liposuction around her abdomen, flanks, and back to shape her waistline and improve her overall figure. She also wanted to slightly augment her buttocks with fat grafting. She is seen here one year out from the procedure and with a drastic improvement in her shape and appearance. She could not be happier with her result.
