Procedure: Bilateral Breast Augmentation with insertion of silicone implants in the subpectoral plane
Notes: 33 year old female with complaints of “droopy breasts” after breastfeeding 2 children. Patient desired to increase the volume of breasts which was accomplished with insertion of silicone implants in the submuscular plane via inframammary incisions.
