Patient 203

Dr. Kilgo
This patient, a woman in her 60s, lost over 100 pounds through combination of diet, exercise and GLP-1 medication. She was bothered by the loose hanging skin of her upper arms and loss of volume in her breasts. She underwent a brachioplasty with a simultaneous breast augmentation utilizing 275 cc motive implants placed in the dual plane position. She also had mesh reinforcement as an internal bra to provide lasting support. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her surgery.
