41 year old female who desired larger breasts. She underwent bilateral augmentation with submuscular placement of smooth round silicone implants. Her preoperative asymmetry was corrected by placing a 435cc implant on the right and a 385cc implant on the left. The photo is taken approximately 1 year postoperatively.
