Patient 19

Dr. Kilgo
This patient, a woman in her 30s, desired more uplifted breasts and restoration of volume after pregnancy and weight loss. She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy with placement of 260 cc Motiva Ergonomix silicone implants in the subfascial plane, fat grafting to enhance upper pole fullness, and placement of bio-absorbable mesh as an internal bra to provide long-term support. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after her surgery.
