Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 50s who had undergone prior bilateral augmentation mastopexy and presented for revision. She had significant bilateral waterfall deformities with asymmetry in terms of breast size and ptosis. She underwent removal of both implants, placement of smooth round 325 cc silicone and revision mastopexy. The post operative photos were taken approximately 2 months after her procedure.
