Patient 71

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 20s who presented with bilateral asymmetric tuberous breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with placement of 305 cc silicone implants in the submuscular plane. This also required extensive glandular scoring to improve lower pole projection. She also had a peri-areolar mastopexy performed bilaterally. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after surgery.
