Patient 64
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 60s who desired fuller, more uplifted breasts and aesthetic improvement in her abdomen after multiple pregnancies. The patient preferred not to have breast implants. She underwent bilateral breast lift with auto augmentation. This procedure involves the transfer of breast tissue from the lower portion to the upper portion to provide more upper pole fullness and improved breast shape. In addition, she underwent full lipo–abdominoplasty, a procedure that involves resection of excess skin and fat of the abdomen along with muscle repair and high definition liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 8 months after her procedure.
