Patient 75

Dr. Kilgo
This patient, a woman in her 30s, had undergone prior breast reduction surgery many years ago elsewhere. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts, namely loss of upper pole volume along with significant asymmetry in the breast size, shape and nipple areolar appearance. Patient desired fuller, more uplifted breasts without a breast implant and underwent bilateral auto augmentation mastopexy with fat grafting. This procedure involves a transfer of the tissue from the lower portion of the breast to the upper portion to provide more upper pole fullness. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after surgery.
