A woman in her 30s who suffered from chronic neck, back and shoulder pain secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. She presented for bilateral breast reduction surgery. In addition, she desired aesthetic correction of her lateral chest area. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with liposuction of the lateral chest/axilla. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 7 months after her procedure.
