A woman in her 50s who suffered from chronic neck back and shoulder pain as well as painful strap marks across both shoulders secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. In addition she desired improved contour of her lateral chest/axillary rolls. The patient underwent bilateral breast reduction with liposuction of the lateral chest/axillary rolls. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.
