This patient, a woman in her 20s presented with chronic neck, back and shoulder pain secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with a superomedial pedicle technique. The surgery is performed to alleviate her symptoms and improve the size and shape of her breasts. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.
