A woman in her 60s, 1 month post-op mini lower facelift and necklift. This patient had significant lower face jowling prior to surgery and that was the primary area which she wanted improved with surgery. Scar minimizing technique employed. The overall goal is a natural looking result with an improvement in her lower face jowling.
