A woman in her 20s, 1 month post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an overly-projecting nasal tip and dorsal hump. A nasal tip de-projection and dorsal hump reduction was performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face.
