Patient 121

Dr. Reish
A man in his 20s, 3 weeks post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump and unsupported nasal tip which moved with facial animation. Dorsal hump reduction and tip support with a collumelar strut graft was performed. The result is a conservative change, which retains the masculine quality of his nose.
