Patient 144

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 30s, 2 weeks post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a large overly-projecting nasal tip. Significant nasal tip de-projection was performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face.
