Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 1 month post-op rhinoplasty and septoplasty. This patient had septal deviation and deviation of her dorsal aesthetic lines with functional breathing obstruction. Rhinoplasty with tip elevation and spreader grafts were performed in order to straighten her nose and improve her breathing. The overall goal is a natural appearance of the nose.
