Dr. Reish
An 18 year-old patient, 2 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an overly-projecting nasal tip, a dorsal hump, and septal deviation. Nasal tip de-projection, dorsal hump reduction, and nasal tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face.
