Patient 354

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, one year post-op rhinoplasty and submental liposuction with fat grafting to the chin. The patient had a drooping nasal tip and dorsal hump preoperatively. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, and tip elevation. The overall goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of her face and does not droop when smiling. She also underwent submental liposuction and chin fat grafting in order to improve her jawline contour.
