Rhinoplasty

Patient 446

Dr. Reish

A woman in her 30s, 2 months post-op revision rhinoplasty. The patient had two previous rhinoplasties which resulted in a foreshortened and over-rotated nose with lack of an appropriate tip-defining point, nasal deviation, and inability to breath. She underwent tertiary revision with MTF cartilage using extended spreader grafts to help de-rotate and lengthen her tip, nasal tip refinement, and creation of an appropriate tip defining point. The overall goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of her face and improved breathing ability.
