Rhinoplasty

Patient 546

Dr. Mattos

This man in his early 20’s came to see me to address two things: is small dorsal hump (the “bump” on his nose) and his dorsal deviation. If you look closely at the photos, you will see the photos before surgery had a slight deviation of the dorsal aesthetic lines on the top of the nose, best seen from frontal view. Both of these were treated successfully using a closed rhinoplasty approach, as he did not want to change his nasal tip or any other part of his nose. It was important to him to maintain a masculine looking nose, so the changes pursued were very subtle. Here he is about 2 months after surgery.
