Patient 63
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, three weeks post-op rhinoplasty. A dorsal hump reduction was performed. The patient also had a drooping nasal tip preoperatively, and this was elevated during surgery. It is important not to elevate the tip too much, but just enough for a natural appearance of the nose. The overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result.
