Rhinoplasty

This 17-year-old patient underwent septoplasty and rhinoplasty, as she wanted to get rid of her dorsal hump, slightly raise her tip, and prevent her tip from drooping when she smiles. She is still swollen at the 2-month mark, but the nose already looks great and will continue to get better for the next year or more as the swelling resolves. The tip definition will continue to evolve and improve as the time goes by as well. She also had a deviated septum and difficulty breathing which I fixed with a septoplasty and spreader grafts during the surgery.
