Rhinoplasty

A woman in her 20s, four months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump, bulbous tip, over-projected tip, deviated mid-vault, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, mid-vault refinement, nasal tip deprojection, and tip debulking were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling and improves breathing.
