Patient 169
Dr. Mattos
This 40-year-old patient underwent a revision breast lift with implants. She had attempted to undergo breast augmentation with another provider, which did not address her tuberous breast deformity and she was unhappy with the original augmentation that she underwent. To correct the surgery she had elsewhere, Dr. Mattos needed to properly fit the entire breast footprint to fill up the space, create a lower part of the breast, and address the position and herniation of the nipples at the same time that he lifted the breasts and used a more properly fitting implant. This was a complex revision case where Dr. Mattos performed the necessary steps that she did not have during her first surgery, giving her an outcome that she is ecstatic with and helps her feel like herself again.
