Patient 197

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who previously underwent a breast augmentation with 325cc implants (not shown). She preferred to have a larger size. However, after multiple pregnancies her soft tissue coverage was judged to be thin and she was deemed to be at risk for bottoming out with a larger implant. The implant size was increased to 385cc and absorbable mesh was placed to provide additional support. Her photographs were taken approximately 2 years after her procedure.
