39 year old female previously underwent bilateral breast augmentation with smooth round high profile silicone implants performed by another surgeon. Patient wished for a larger breast size and more natural appearance. Patient then underwent revision breast surgery with implant exchange for bilateral 450cc smooth round full height silicone implants.
