56 year old previously underwent breast augmentation by another surgeon, presented with hard and painful capsular contracture and deformity to right breast. Patient then underwent breast augmentation revision surgery with capsulectomies and implant exchange of bilateral breast to achieve a more natural appearing and softer breast.
