Case-19733
Dr. Kilgo
The patient is a 49-year-old female who underwent a unilateral left breast sub glandular augmentation in 1989 by another surgeon. She had had a prior reduction on the right side and mastopexy on the left for breast asymmetry. She presented with concerns about worsening breast asymmetry. She also had a capsular contracture and implant rupture. She underwent removal of the ruptured implant, capsulectomy and change to a submuscular plane with placement of a 275 cc silicone implant. She also had a 175cc silicone implant placed on the right. The post-operative photos were taken six months after her procedure.
