Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s with a complex history of cosmetic breast procedures. She has had multiple prior breast implant surgeries complicated by capsular contracture. Most recently she had removal of her implants without replacement. She presented for revision mastopexy and augmentation with Strattice. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her procedure.
