A woman in her 50s who presented with breast cancer. She opted for a bilateral skin sparing mastectomy. She underwent immediate bilateral microvascular breast reconstruction with a DIEP/MS free TRAM. She subsequently had nipple reconstruction, fat grafting and nipple areolar tattooing. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 10 months after her most recent procedure.
