Dr. Kilgo
27 year old female with BRCA gene mutation and a significant family history of breast cancer. She underwent staged breast reduction/mastopexy to improve her breast asymmetry and ptosis. She then underwent nipple sparing mastectomies with tissue expander insertion. Her final stage included removal of her expander with placement of 525cc silicone implants and fat grafting. Postoperative photos were taken approximately 11 months after her most recent procedure.
