Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who underwent bilateral mastectomies for invasive carcinoma. She Underwent immediate reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders in front of the muscle (prepectoral). Her second stage involved implant exchange with smooth round silicone implants and fat grafting. The postoperative photos were taken one year after her most recent procedure.
