Case-33615

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 2 months post-op rhinoplasty and chin implant. This patient had a bulbous tip, a dorsal hump, and a drooping tip. Dorsal hump reduction, tip elevation, and nasal tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face. She also underwent chin augmentation with a 7 mm medpor chin implant with mini-screw fixation in order to improve her jawline contour.
