Case-35484
Dr. Reish
A man in his 20s, nine months post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had an over projecting nasal tip, a dorsal hump, and drooping nasal tip preoperatively. This patient underwent nasal tip deprojection to shorten the overall length of his nose, tip elevation, and tip refinement. It is important not to elevate the tip too much, but just enough for a natural appearance of the nose. The overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result which still retains a masculine appearance of the nose.
